16 to 18 % alcohol, 180 to 220 g residual sugars, can be enjoyed as an apéritif or with desserts , it goes particularly well with apple based puddings.

- Assembly of non fermented chardonnay must and distilled pomace, aged 3 years in casks
- Static settling of the must for 12 hours before assembly of the juice and pommace
- Ageing of the macvin for 24 to 36 months in casks (12 months acodring to legislation)
- 17 % alcohol
- 180 to 220 g /l residual sugars
- Not filtered, and no added So2 before bottling
